TradeCaller was founded by Will Cook - husband, father, gym goer, and small business owner.

Having run businesses himself, Will knows what it feels like to miss a call while you're on a job, driving between sites, or finally sitting down with your family at the end of a long day. That missed call is often a missed job - and those add up fast.

He also noticed that while big companies could afford full-time receptionists and call centres, small trades businesses were being left behind. TradeCaller was built to change that - giving every trades business access to a professional, always-available receptionist at a fraction of the cost of hiring someone.
